About The Artist

Originally from Hyderabad, India, Arpita Jaiswal is a multifaceted artist with a rich background in a wide range of mediums, including oil paints, watercolor, pen and ink, charcoal, collage, printmaking, and more.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Hyderabad. Additionally, she pursued a minor in Interior Design from Jenson and Nicholson India Ltd. and studied animation at the Zee Institute of Creative Arts, Mumbai.

Arpita began her artistic journey as a freelance artist, collaborating with top interior designers in Hyderabad. She created both commercial and private commissioned works in various styles—from realistic to abstract—drawing inspiration from a vast array of subjects. Her versatility and skill have led to her work being displayed in renowned restaurants, banks, offices, and other public and private spaces across the city.

In 1998, she established her own art studio, where she teaches, curates exhibitions, and hosts workshops and art discussions. After moving to the United States in 2009 and spending a few years relocating between cities, she temporarily paused her studio operations. In 2015, she relaunched her studio in Dallas, Texas, under the name Creative Line Studios LLC. Since then, she has created murals for Dallas-area restaurants and continues to produce custom art for private clients as well as her own personal projects.

Arpita shares, “Every piece I create holds a part of my soul. I want my art to spark thought and emotion—to resonate with the viewer and form a personal connection. I don’t want my work to merely serve as decor or match someone’s interior design.”
